In the midst of my own falling out after high-school, TWLOHA let me know that I was not alone in this world. They let me know that I was not the only one suffering - nor was I the only one wanting to share my message of forgiveness, faith, and hope. They gave me the strength that I needed when all else was bare, desolate, and full of shit. Thank you for giving me that power, once again... Thank you, thank you.

@xAndrewxLegitx you're right man. the point is to get the name out. the more merch people buy, the more money goes to the organization and the more the name gets out. people see the t-shirts and the hoodies and find out the story behind the name. so when they find themselves (or a friend) in a bad situation they refer them to twloha (the bridge to help). it's a brilliant idea.

I love how this was on NBC. You always hear about sad or tragic things on basically every news channel. This was hope. And inspiration. And that it was on NBC just helps to spread TWLOHA so much farther! This is so great. I love it.

(And I think it's a bit funny how the news lady says "rock" a little after 2 minutes into the reel.)

Watching this video made me tear up. I remember when barely anyone knew of TWLOHA, and I did. It made such a big difference in my life. I still have my scars to remind me of my past. I have my TWLOHA shirts to remind me of what helped.

This is so inspirational, I think it is so great that this organization is out there helping people...i really could have used it a few years ago but i had to get through it on my own, and now whenever i feel down i read the stories and think about how many people are being helped, and it makes my day so much brighter. I think I'm glad that TWLOHA is getting big. But, at the same time I don't want them to become sellouts. I don't want people the superficially agree with them. I want people to truly believe what To Write Love stands for. I'm scared that it will become something that is just a t-shirt and just a title. It needs to keep its story behind it and people need to know the story. I don't want it to become a scene & a style. But, to stay something with meaning & life.

At the same time, the latest trend within my circle of friends has become TWLOHA dog tags, just like arm socks were last year. They're shocked whenever I tell them where those words that "just sound poetic and look cool" stand for.
