All I can think about throughout this video was Hot Tamale!

That shownuff looks good. The masa and the plenty meat....whew wee is somethin special.

The pics at the end with the muffa and boudin balls for breakfast is special too. I love me some hot hot hot and more hot wings! I try every time to make them hotter than before. Those looked really hot; there4 delicious in my book!

Looks like if that dough had been just a bit drier, you could've rolled it out, instead of having to smush it out like that. Or would the extra flour mess it up?

Casserole looks GOOD, Boy! And I can see that in a sammich, and even rolled up into a burrito.

looks good, y'all get texmex tamales around there....u should try Mexi-Cal tamales, they are bigger and have more meat and some have cheese...but i give your recipe 4.5 out of 5

Hey JB! Im mexican-american and every Christmas we make tamales with Roasted anaheim chilis and jalapeno and monterey jack cheese. those are my favorite. very delicious. you should try them.
