they were the creators of all the "midnight cowboys" scene, they were the first.
...andrew, gary marx is a fan of ennio morricone, you see western-spaggetti guitars at Floorshow,Phamtom, Good Things, Kiss The Carpet, Heartland, After Hours, F&L&A. Other bands made it AFTER, but some of them use to deny Sisters influences. You know who they are!
people get old, it happens, I don't know any band of the 80's wich is better now, cause the passion and the fashion of those days are gone now. if you understand it , you will accept the "nowadays".
Perfection! I'll use this amazing video as my personal life background that goes in motion. And while I walk I look back and I see this! Brings back the chills in my spine! I shall only tell u simply,' Dark Wishes' for sharing that!
Thank you for posting this. Perhaps this clip is not particularly rare in the UK but here in the states it's basicly impossible to find. Watching this brings back a lot of memories!
yeah Ive had this on tape for years. In fact I must have taped it at the time it was first shown as I have a couple of videos full of various bands from around the mid 80s. It starts off with Andy Kershaw introducing them and the studio is literally filled with dry ice! They did this and Marian. Its probably been shown again on BBC-3 a few times I shouldn't wonder. They seem to show a lot of old clips inbetween programmes of all kinds of stuff.
This is indeed rare... at first I thought it's just footage from the VHS "Wake" shot at the Royal Albert Hall 18.06.1985, but that's obviously not the case - after all, here the Sisters have still four members and not three, Gary Marx left the band shortly before the RAH concert.
Wicked :) i like it !!!

In some ways I like this version better than the original. My god I can't believe how hansome this man is either.

It's honestly too bad that Eldritch isn't more greedy instead of selfish. Artistic integrity is fine, but so is another gold album.

This is from a live session on the old grey whistle test, not particularly rare.
