@dragonxd32 In case you didnt get your answer: There are 2 types of IP adresses, one for local and one for the world. Local can be used by only the computers that are connected to your internet AP (Access point) like your laptop can transfer information to your desktop by connecting to the same internet connection, these ips usualy start with 192.168.XX.XX. The IP adress that can be used by the world is the one that is seen by anyone should never be disclosed.
