I have been driving xenon 8000k for over 1 month now and nearly every evening and i havent got any problems with the police yet. Well i dont think they know the difference between xenon bulbs and xenon daylights. (or they just pretend to be blind ^^)

Theyr legal in projector headlights such as angel eyes or most 2004 + Cars.... theyr fully legal in those lights, and u wont get any hassle from police. .well i havnt any way

12k should be purple.

it depends on the manufacture..mine are from germany and 12k is deep blue with a tiny tint of purple..15k is considered purple from the place i got my from..but getting 10k looks bluer and better..check out my video and youll see

Let's make it clear...if you change only the bulbs you spend less than 200Euros, but if you wanna buy complete (and legally approved) headlights you could spend almost 3000Euros on some cars like Bmw or Mercedes...
