  • If eveybody send money to each of there relatives that are affected by typhoon it will ease some pain

  • mga anong oras to bossing?

  • Mga Kababayan ko,

Stop blaming God, Mother Nature, the Government ,or the Filipinos. There is a simple explanation to this. Watch my friend's brief video (he explains it well) :

TYPHOON ONDOY (KETSANA) DELUGES THE PHILIPPINES , WHY?

  • typhoons.. earthquakes.. these are only a few of d signs that Christ's second coming is near.. hopefully this will call us all to draw ourselves closer to God..

  • amen!

  • i'm really touched with this video not until i've noticed someone gave money or a fee. I'ts sad and i'm disgusted that some people have a courage to take or make business in times like this!! Pinoy's mentality isn't it? For favor...if you want to help..just do it w/o asking anything in return. Put in your mind that the least you can do is to help someone who is in need. We really need change in our country especially the people's mind.

  • maybe its a tip????

  • yeah and aren't you used to it? Pinoy's make a business out of everything, it's not like they're exploiting the peole. It's a way to help make ends meet.

  • What goes around comes around. Ondoy (the act of God) is just trying to impart and uncover that Local Govt. officials still remain good-for-nothing for not any has been enhanced and reformed except serving their own bellies, fattening their wallets and non-stop corruption.

    (Truth hurts)

    Part 1

  • I mainly pity the less fortunate. I have been expecting the local officials after Marcos regime that sooner or later they could provide bldgs that contain small units for the less fortunate ones. Like the remarkable system of Japanese and Hong Kong Govt.

Really Sad, No Changes at all....

    END

  • PS>>>

Its good Filipinos have amazing spirit, openhanded, resilient and compassionate by nature except the local officials.

    Thanks!

  • actually it's not just the local officials even the pinoy themselves...because change will come to every individual first before the country itself...rigth?

  • As for my opinion, local officials should set a good examples most specailly they're Christ believers (by orienting, TV advertisings, posting sign boards etc) from the very start so each and every citizen would have self-discipline in the long run...

It's something like parents; once we hear constant reminders (from time to time) then everyone would become accustomed to positive practices in due course.

    Part 1

  • As citizens came from diverse background, you see some maybe ignorant, busy, headstrong, stubborn, poor, rich etc therefore familiarization and orientation has to be part of the Filipino culture.

    Part 2

  • As a Chinay, let me share that Ive been in HK for almost my whole life. Are you aware that HK Govt, officials truly have had a remarkable agenda, scheme and system? Not only for their own advantage but also for the entire HK. That only shows they arent putting into practice greed and other negative practices.

Experience indeed is my best teacher

If HK can do it, the Phil. Govt can do it too.

    Thanks and Cheers!

    END

  • i like this event, people come into realization that NATURE HAS THE LAST SAY!--Albacete

  • yep only in the philippines, masayahin kasi tlga tayo... bakit mg iinit ang ulo kng ndi nmn dapat.

  • astig pilipinas!

  • i cant believe what im seeing

  • Not the time place the blame on any one....It's a time to pray and help the Philippines....

  • i agree we all to blame in what happened here. wala kasing konkretong programa ang gobyerno tungkol dito at wal ding pakundangan ang ilan nating mga kababayan s pgtatapon ng bsura kung saan saan kaya eto binalik ng tadhana sa atin ang ating mga ginawa. ang masakit maraming inosenteng bata ang nadamay. i hope this will serve as a lesson to all the filipinos... a wake up call for everyone di lamang sa pinas kundi sa buong mundo.... GOD BLESS THE PHILIPPINES...

  • Metro Manila is below sea-level, and there is practically nothing we can do to totally avoid floods. Metro Manila is one of the densest cities in the world, with lots of clogged drainages too. Perhaps we need a new capital?

  • the only area in metro manila below sea level is parts of malabon gets your facts straight the floods was brought about by high volume of rain with clogged drainages because City Engineers in and Planners are not doing their job.

  • I believe we cannot just blame them... We all have to take responsibility on this one.. I rememeber when i was a child living in the philippines yung commercial "kung anong tinapon mo babalik din sa iyo" We see pictures after the flodding and what do we see aside from mud and the peoples personal belongings? lahat ng garbage sinuka ng river binalik sa mga tao. It's not just the city planners...lahat tayo siguro masasabi natin may kasalanan dito.

  • I think what we need in Metro Manila is discipline... People should not throw garbage anywhere they like... and MM is too congested..

  • poor philippines...

  • Protecting the God-given environment to save our lives is also a form of prayer. Praying only with our mouth is not enough. We must act now to save God's beautiful creation and that is, our Mother Earth!

  • Oh man this is just horrible.. I have uncles and cousins that lives over there. I'm guessing Sucat.

    no fun intended.

  • sana nmn ung mga nagpapagawa ng subdivision wag nyo nmn liitan ang mga ilog. instead palawakin nyo p and magtanim ng puno! we should all learn from this tragedy!

  • TOTAL LOG BAN!!!!

  • BAYANIHAN is one of the best description of filipinos, during times like this the heart of a Filipino is moved to compassion to express a helping hand...really this is who are as Filipinos but we hope that we can learn from experience because Filipinos are easy to forget...reflect on our EDSA revolutions...where is the spirit? we toppled a dictator and a plunderer presidents but many of us forget what we shout for freedom and justice...

PEACE for everyone

  • no dam water was release fyi. so believe it.Not everything in the Phil is conspiracy.Peace.

  • Bayanihan still exists in our country...

  • Yes.. It's so nice to see people helping each other even if they have to go in the flood and all. There are so many stories of people helping the stranded victims :)

  • how I wish these helping hands will extend always to our needy bro and sis and the victims will learn to help others also because they experienced being helped...sana magtutulongan tayo & we have to choose good leaders in coming elections so that we can have more rescue equipments and relief goods in times of calamities. sayang nandoon sa bulsa ng mga congessman ang pork barrel na pwedeng ibinta nga mga helicopters at robbur boats...walang hiya kayong mga congresistang kurakot...

  • this is not the end this is just the beginning of our new life.

  • good news and bad news!

    ang bad news ay!

tayo binigyan tayo ng diyos na ayusin and dranage! kaya ng binig yan tayo ng 15 years!pero tayo pinabayaan lang natin! soo wala na tayong magagawa!=( pakiramdam ko nga pang ulan nag tatapos sa phillipinas eh!----- good news naman! nakaka-iyak ang bad eh!

good news is nakaligo na ang mga tao!

    FREE SWIMING POOL!

  • hope na sana we just learn from our mistakes para sa susunod, d n 2 mangyayari uli.

  • naanod siguro yung ex kow doon sa manila I hope he's fine.

Mabuti nlng hnd naabut yung tubig sa kuryente noh! i hope u guys are fine too!

  • my family is from rizal and my ex gf is from san mateo hope they where ok and all of my friends are from marikina and cainta pasig hope they where all ok im pray to god they all safe

    plss help them

  • san mateo is fine now. no more floods. family is there.

  • freak. i was stranded in cavite when the rains hit. wasnt able to get home to alabang. buti hindi bumabaha sa dasma. pati alabang. kawawa yung mga ibang parts ng manila.

  • very sad on what Happened to others

This is a 5 star ratings for Interest Catching Video

  • Yes, it's so sad. Especially for those who are experiencing much worse than that.

    Thank you for commenting.

  • Very funny when you look at it people seems like having so much fun. they are more concern on the motorbike...

  • Only in the Philippines! lol

But the situation is very bad in other places. So we should all consider ourselves lucky.

  • Philippines lang... =(

  • this time no amount of drainage perfection can save us from the amount of rainfall that poured in.

  • I agree. The amout of rainfall Ondoy dumped was said to be more than what Hurrican Katrina dumped. And the places most affected were those closest to bodies of water. Like Marikina had that river.
