i went to this hotel and i am 13 it was the best holiday i have ever been on it was wicked i went swimming with dolphins and went on an adventure thing in a unimog it was brill and i wish i could go again!!!!:)

Make sure you take portable air conditioning unit. They cheat. The room will have 25 celcius, and it should according with their rules, 18 to 21. You re gonna sweat like a pig. Good luck and happy stay.

This place was absolutely BEAUTIFUL :) just got back and i miss it like crazy! If anyone were to do anything it would be to definitely go to the Hacienda and the Disco. Its a blast and you meet a TON of awesome people..especially on the beach and dive center as well. Look out for Juan and Geovanni..they're the most adorable guys ever...gotta love em :)

You know this hotel is the less responsable with the environment ever!!!!

Could be great for mass tourism, but Tulum is not a place for mass tourism!Spanish chains are taking advenatage of mexican land, and not doing, at all, responsable tourism! The end of the Riviera Maya soon.....

Thank you. I did look up "maya subterraneo" and found a great vid. It is similar to what we see here in our country. Our city is just now starting to make some laws about ecological building requirements, etc. but already the fish and wildlife around here have been affected.

I went there on the 8th april 2008 for two weeks. It was the best Holiday i have ever had . It was amazing me and my family are going there next year for 4 weeks because we enjoyed it so muhc !!! i would so anything to bve back there :(

I was there two years ago during Sept. It was the best place I've ever been and I miss it so much. I went to Cozumal last Oct and it doesn't compare or even come close. Bahia Principe is amazing. I want to go back so bad but my girlfriend doesn't like going to the same place twice.

este hotel es el mejor de todos bua yo este año ya repito me voy otros 15 dias porque si vas 9 no los disfrutas porque se te hacen muy cortitos.Yo ya te digo repito porque es una pasada la gente muy amable , cariñosa , hacen muchos juegos en la piscina , y todo es genial es lo mejor
