@ViZeTapOut Hm. Good question. You can store them for a while but I am not sure how long they would last. But you could definitely make them several hours before a party or whatever and they would be good come time to serve them.

I think so, although too much pulp in the OJ might be a problem I guess... Although you do have to be a bit careful about balancing the pH; I'm sure there was a pH meter brought out when we did this. I must confess that I was just the cameraman, so some of the details eluded me. It was nifty though! :-)
