I would like to see restaurant managers pay for chair massages for their staff.

Talk about stress! A line crew, at peak performance,experiences stress on an unimagineable level. Sitting at a computer all day, every day, and dealing with clients would be a vacation for us.

You don't know pain until you have worked in a kitchen. You don't know pain relief until you've had a nice massage at the end of it.

I am a manager at a company that hired her to give massage. She did a tremendous job with giving a chair massage. The only thing is I wish she wore socks. She massaged in her bare feet and her feet are not all that great. But when it comes to massage--two thumbs up!

@bcdhalo Nah your not odd cause I have the exact same experience as you. Whenever I cannot sleep I whatch these videos and sleep like a baby within 10 minutes. Excellent video but I still would take off my shirt since it causes unnescesarry friction.
