This is just Brenda Hampton's (creator of the show) writing style, I think: repeat words ad nauseum until they don't sound like words anymore. Most often on THIS show: "sex," "boyfriend," some version of "sleep with," etc. No teenager I have ever met talks like the kids on this show. 7th Heaven was a little better but not much. Haha.
