..... Due to the fact that the underground system called Metro de Caracas is in an extremely damaged and we sometimes have to wait until 10 or more minutes for a train. However, The goverment says that everything is going well and that the situation in the underground is being cause by the people who take the train.

While, unemployment, inflation, crime and a real bad health system are killing my people, Mr. Chavez travels around the world saying that we'rethe best country of Latin America and every single day a new propaganda is shown on TV like nothing is happening. Right now, people who live, work and study in Caracas, the capital city of Venezuela, are suffering the lack of planning and investment due to the fact......
Supertrini, I admire your attitude and zeal for your nation. I will, however, ask you to investigate what is going on here in the US before you come to a conclusion regarding the alliances of various leaders. Popularity does not a good leader make.
When he walked into the radio station to talk the guys that shows that we no longer live in a democratic country. He is not an ordinary citizen.people have options it is them same boys put him in power and it is the same ones need to put him out. I love my country but we need change
We need to look at countries where crime was high and now it is low because education and one that was recently viewed on travel channel is Columbia changing. But knowing trinbagoians would vote for them again.
I agree with everything this guy is saying...we need fresh blood in politics. Time for the pase makers leaders to retire and rest. Well it is time for people to stop depending and start doing. Stop destroying our natural resources to put up concrete jungles. Parents need to stop and look at the situations around and Teach the children the future of TnT to respect one another .
While I do believe Patos should quite while he's ahead... Politics is about convincing people (ie brainwashing if they can). Yes they can. Several leaders of leading countries have been 'piggy-backing' since Jan 09 and earlier.
Question, how do you propose to reduce crime in T&T?
We need to recognize that crime is not a new invention. There have been successful campaigns that dealt with worse scenarios than ours....FACT.... look how Guiliani cleaned up new York the murder capital of the states in the 90's.
The reason we cant deal with crime effectively thus far...is becuz the criminals are in power and in the police service...plain an simple
We dont have the political WILL POWER to deal with it. Once they gone..then we can discuss tactics....til then, it's pointless

I recall someone defending the PNM by saying "The country just going through a crime phase right now"! Really?! How is there to be any progress with such uneducated attitudes?
I appreciate that there are many proactive citizens rallying for change, but unfortunately we are in the minority. It is time to spur your friends into action. Trinbagonians need to start believing that EVERY VOICE COUNTS!

Sadly, their blatant attempt at propaganda will succeed with a high number of naive citizens of T and T. People need to stop thinking about money and feteing for a little while and think about where this country is going to be in a few years time, since the current state of affairs is apparently not shocking enough for some.
