DonKhoi Matthew 16:28, in context this is not a promise of his second coming but examine also 17:1-8 Mark 9:1-8 the reassurance given was experienced, as a foretaste of the revelation of the Son of Man, made good in their lifetime immediately in the transfiguration. Plus all experienced the resurrection & the coming power of the Holy Spirit on Pentecost.
