Who u work for?..cross sander? Is this the. 90's? And yall cant snow plow the app finish?....and u drum the whole lane? No maxi? Glicho?....hummmmm lol
further, to my knowledge it's not USBC legal to apply a urethane finish to the actual playing surface (i.e the lane) because it makes the wood surface extremely tacky and can in fact come off on a bowling ball while it's still fresh, making the ball illegal for competition, so one would think the same applies to lane surface.
that looks like lane conditioner(oil) to me, which is absorbed by the wood during the course of league/open play/just sitting there/etc
i would assume that to polyurethane, a common wood stain, seeing as this is definitely a wood house.
not too many wood houses left anymore, i don't know of a single one here in NY. the last remaining wood house that i know of was just sold to the guy who owns my center and is now synthetic.
nice process to see, but i've never actually seen this finish on wood approaches and don't know that it falls under USBC guidelines, as the houses here with wood approaches are just pure wood, no stain
Urethane on the lanes i believe. Not sure about the approach. You know whenever a center does this cause the smell is HORRIBLE! and gives you headaches or gets u high
dude can u make a vid of that antique vacuum on the right please?
