my dog knows now how to sit! but when we tried it the second time,,, he won't listen..... and I tried it the third time he still won't listen.... what should I do???

Your dog isn't "retarded" a dog only learns when their owner takes the time to teach them.Dog training is really OWNER training. Your dog isn't the one that "doesn't learn" you are.
