What they don't say in this epic display of popular science is, that they are not using all 4 engines but only the inner 2. You can see it at 1:30 on the display and at 2:23 where they use just 2 levers. The plane would probably begin to roll with it's break still engaged if they use all 4 engines.

They were using two engines here, thats 116,000 lbs. The 777 would not have been able to use both engines at take off power, so that would have been 115,000 lbs.
