Nice got a few laughs watching it. Just a pointer but try tucking in your legs when you go for the back flip. It will help you rotate faster and keep your legs together instead of separating. Hope that helps :)
@ThirdDavid backflips are all about the hip movement.. hip thrust and pop really hard, try and touch your skis to the back of your head, and you should be good!
@mawahari ah true about the hips. the hip thrust gets your initiation for the flip and if you want it laid out nice the tips to the head but for learning it's better to tuck your knees in and get your feet above your head so you can stomp the landing when you spot it. Check out Tech Talk by 4FRNT episope 11 i believe they will give you the run down on back flips :)
