I know people don't like Steffy but she is not the biggest whore in B&B history. That "honor" goes to Brooke. Steffy has only been with Marcus and Rick. And Katie is no saint either...she had sex with her niece's husband (Nick at the time). And all the blame can't be put on Steffy. Bill made promises with the girl that he was going to keep before Katie's heart attack. He kissed her back. He wanted to have sex with her.
