I agree with Amanda. WAY to fast to see what tools you are using and where to get them. The results are awesome and you are superb at do ing it but it teachs us nothing because we can't see what tools and where they are.

no you dont have to install it lol.

its called the "smudge brush",

on the left, where all the icons are. it should be somewhere over there. i havent been on PSP in awhile, but im pretty sure the icon looks like a hand, with the index finger pointing downwards, with like a shadow thing under it (or like a dark line)

1. i have learned through using it for a few years (maybe about 5 years). so i have had a lot of practice. also i used it a lot too & not only that but i also looked online at tutorials which helped me and i also watched other peoples retouching & makeover videos which helped me learn more nd' stuff. also this program is soso easy to work with and learn.
