Water and electricity can be fun to do, but keep that in mind, though - water is actually a crappy conductor, so it becomes resistor, eventually heating up to 200 Celsius that it boils crazily. It can also get to several thousand Celsius and explode. I have done that with 100,000 volts from pulsed ballast system I have built for laser - it glowed so brightly and, for few second, it explodes.
