Yeah I believe Andy sang his own version back in 1978; but the Bee Gees had written, produced, and performed the song before Andy did.

dh4ar . . . apparently I'm wrong. I didn't actually listen just read the title and comments. . . I thought the BGs wrote this for Andy and they sang back up. It is on all of Andy Gibb's Best of -n- Greatest Hits albums but it is also on the BG's. So apparently I don't know the true history of the song.
