  • how do you aim cuz the magic is touch sensor doesn't need a right click button

  • You sound alot like Chris from Family Guy :D

  • I am starting to think about that magic trackpad. Thinking Buy a trackpad for desktop, & keep a wired mouse off to the side I pull in for Steam games (or WoW). It's not impossible if it is all you have, but my mouse is a 5 button from my old gaming rig. Ho Hum...

  • idk cause its no click so...

  • looks like it works ok, but i just use windows 7 with bootcamp and a 360 controller for my mac.

  • you would rather use an xbox controller than a keyboard and mouse.

  • oh and did you find out how to throw a grenade with the magic mouse? :D

  • @Blackcrailtap Ya, there's no real way to actually do it on the mouse itself, but I just have to press the "G" key

  • umm hey does it lag if you play MW2 on mac but using windows 7 with bootcamp? my frenz told me that it will lag if i use windows 7 wth bootcamp to play games... is this true?

  • @Blackcrailtap Well it depends on the system, but to answer in short, no. As long as the Mac has about 4GB of RAM and you partition a fair amount of HDD space, it'll be just fine. Any lag issues that one would experience, would be from the computer itself, not the application (bootcamp). I have not played MW2 through bootcamp, but I have played Crysis before through bootcamp, and it ran just fine.

If you need more proof, I'm sure there are videos of MW2 being played on a Mac, here on youtube.

  • @Blackcrailtap And, what I mean by "the computer itself," are the specs. If you play MW2 on an older Mac with a old GPU and CPU, then problems may occur. But assuming it's a recent Mac, MW2 will play fine.

  • ok thanks!!!!

  • thanks do u think the $1499 imac 21.5in will be able to play cod 4 or mw2

  • @DJPWNSTAR Yes that one would be just fine. Just remember, in order to play MW2 you'd need to install win7 as well. So if you don't have win7 that's another $170 on top of $1499. There's a Mac version of cod4 so no worries there.

  • @iGreenBerry Unless you download pirated

  • what are ur imac specs im thinking about buying one to play cod 4

  • @DJPWNSTAR Well this specific iMac featured on the video is a 24" iMac running a core 2 duo @ 3.06 GHz and 4 GBz of RAM. I now have the 27" core i7 iMac and with 8GB of RAM. The old iMac was good enough for games but I needed a better processor because I spent a lot of time processing video, and the core i7 is a beast with that.

  • 0:58 rotflmao, great video

  • When you just lay both of your fingers down on both buttons and only click the right button, it registers it as a left click? Super annoying. If it does that I'm going with another mouse.

  • i actually got used to click only with one finger, both primary and secondary click with any mouse, it looks more complicated switching the finger side to side but once i got used to it's really comfortable, specially when i use a lot the mouse for days, my hand never hurts anymore

  • I can't play that way lol

  • yeah i can imagine lol, im not really a great gamer

  • me neither, I used to play console games a lot but I'm on a long hiatus lol

  • G9 > Magic Cock

  • Your brain < a peanut

  • Funny how that doesn't make sense...

"My brain is grater than my a peanut"

    In mine:

"G9 is grater than Magic Mouse"

    You Fail'd.

  • Yea, you'd probably want to use something called BetterTouchTool. It allows you to crazy customize things with how the magic mouse works. You could set three finger click to middle click.

  • ya I don't even use this account much anymore but on my other I have a new CoD demonstration, and I can actually play cus I'm using a real camera with a tri pod. The account is iDiggMGL if you want to check it out

  • dyou find out how to use grenades??

  • oh ya "G" key

  • @iGreenBerry kwl just ordered cod 4 4 mac, but dya know why its still like full price? and im talkin about mac games in general aswell? thnx

  • to be honest I don't know lol did you buy it from the apple store?

  • @iGreenBerry lol soz 4 all the questions! i bought it frm amazon still like full price :/ oh yarr... also, u know when u hold the right click 2 aim... and shoot with the left click... how duz that work coz the whole surface presses down when u click?

soz 2 hassle u again! thnx

  • Ya it's no prob. First your going to want to go to the magic mouse settings in the system preferences and enable right click on the mouse. then when you click on the right side it will register as a right click left same as the left click.

  • wat mac u got?

  • This video was on a 24 inch iMac but i recently traded that for one of the newer iMacs

  • please use the quicktime screen capture to make movies, not an iphone

  • Vids get to laggy to really see anything

  • Ahh fair enough, suppose I tried it recently and it was a complete failure tbh. If it's general stuff then fine, but since it's Call of Duty then yeah, probs better off with another device

  • well the mouse is neither

  • the mighty mouse is, it was pressure sensitive so you could right or left click. I thought is was somewhat similar to that at first

  • Samething!!

  • No theres a substantial difference between pressure sensitive and heat sensitive.

Pressure sensitive- Applying pressure to cause an action

Heat sensitive- Applying heat to cause an action

  • well u said when you had two fingers on the mouse and tried to right click and the mouse thought it was a single left click because u need to lift one finger up because it senses two fingers on the mouse (touch sensitive) and u think that you can rest both fingers and press ur right finger (heat sensitive) and u think it would work. thats all i am trying to say

  • Actually I didnt think it was heat sensitive i thought i was still pressure sensitive

  • its neither, its capacative. it uses static electricity to detect multiple touches

  • well its not heat sensitive. its touch sensitive!!!

  • I dont remember saying it was heat sensitive.

  • Well, thanks for those informative Magic Mouse videos, Matthew! I'm planning on getting one myself, together with a Bluetooth keyboard, so it's good to hear the mouse is working so great for you :-).

    Keep filming,
