oh wow that is pretty stupid. an Active shot on the chest than a normal shot on the chest right after and the character isn't knocked down. That is must be really annoying.

thats becuz if u shoot the active shot first then the regular shot then that gives him more time to heal up...so u gotta shot the regular shot first THEN the active shot or ACTIVE an then ACTIVE again :p LOL

The first shot was actually with the active reload. You can see the bullet flashing.  It's just that an active sniper shot doesn't instantly down any more, which is amazing in my opinion. Active sniper was the most annoying thing ever.

If you've seen the grenades explosions they send the victim flying across the ground but he can still get up. I thought that they would do the same thing with sniper active reloads.

They got rid of active reload instant down with the sniper rifle thank god! now you have to learn to pull off a head shots to really use the sniper rifle.
