I still long for the good old days when Graig Rich would stick his little "rain" and "sun" symbols on just to watch them fall or slide off again. Ahhhh! Nostalgia, nostalgia.

If this is 1991, it's probably from quite early in the year going by the style of the weather graphics.

Computer graphic were very advance by 1991 for big business like TV stations. Look at the Sky TV logos of 1985 - I'd still think they are amazing
