be carefull with pollypore staff if u are planing on staying 60 attack. it changes your att style to give attack xp when ever you switch.

from what ive read. i gather the gloves arnt for a certain time limit. they are based on your level in the skill you are training youll get a certain amount of xp. Im pretty sure they arnt time based. I think at 99 agil the boots give you 1.25m xp
