But I don't believe the art was the reason why they came up with these smart theories. It is impossible for a 3d person like us to make or see more than 3 dimensions, the only model we have of something in higher dimensions is the cube, a tesseract is a 4d cube for example, and even though we have a animated model, it is only a shadow of the real tesseract because we just can't understand it. That is why i don't think the title fits.

being 3D means that you are allowed to look at all possible angles of that object at any given point. which you can't do in paper. you may have the perception of adding depth with maybe shading or drawing things smaller and bigger giving you the idea of something being closer or further. but its all really 2D.
