I've been thinking that he has such a beautiful rich sound and musicality when I first heard him playing Czardas in the quartet. I played this piece on my graduation recital and totally messed up - it's a tough sing. I like the way he handles all the 16th notes going down very carefully so the notes don't get rough or cracked. No wonder he win his position in Canadian Brass. Looking forward to hearing more great sounds from him and weighing him best luck moving forward! Cheers!
