If you have the problem of not being able to get to CMD.EXE

When it ask where the pathing go to

Browse -> C: -> Windows -> System 32 -> CMD.EXE

Locate a Copy of Rundll32.exe on Your System copy rundll32.exe to the system folder C:\windows\system32.

First of All Run a System Repair Tool to Fix Rundll32.exe.Best is reginout intel partner tool will remove any registry errors, remove invalid shortcuts and duplicate files, repair DLL files, and remove startup and runtime errors.

Its in the process now, I followed all the directions & it appears to be working well. You can get to the command prompt faster by just going to start and then run instead of the first couple of steps, but either way it has been working well so far. I will comment again after i restart & let you know. THANK YOU CHELBIG695 for the info....PS: typing class worked well for me...super fast typer & it helps in my job..MUCHO

i would think that you are going to need to contact the administrator (computer owner) to get them to put thier password in and i have no experience with safe mode

Normally means you'll have to ask your mum or Dad for their password and explain to them what's wrong to them so they give you it.
