Really the only thing to do here is to see Antelope Island, which is featured in the video. You can see the old settlement Garr Ranch, go hiking, biking, check out the bison and other wildlife. If you're brave, you can even swim in the Great Salt Lake, though I can't really recommend it. It is kind of gross, and the beach is full of flies, which become very attracted to you when you get out of the water.
