  • Which front iron sight do you use? I have a gas block with rail that is not same plain and I'm trying to explore my options.

  • @Istolethemagnesium

The one on this rifle is the Midwest Industries MCTAR-FFG, If you have a tapered factory hand guard you can reverse it and fold it back, otherwise it folds forward, or you can go with the MI-FFG low profile which is designed to fold back from the gas block on to your railed hand guard...

    Hope it helps...

  • @Videoepicpwnd

  • Great review. Picked one of these up myself (54") and was very satisfied with the purchase. I wasn't interested, as per your review, in dropping it out of an airplane or running over it. The P......n case is terrific but the price in Canada is crazy ( and it was too short for my needs anyway, long, long barrel and very high if fitted in one package). Glad to see I didn't make the wrong decision, there are others out there using Plano too.

  • nice case Ill check that out Im in the market for one of those

  • @TheJmac1983

For the money..I don't think you will disappointed, they are not the quote...the "Combat"

rated or tested; but they are Ideal for most "Civilian" and a light Tactical use... depending on your Determination of the Term....

    Well worth the coin...

  • nice case. I was expecting to test a case somewhat like that, but so far it has yet to pan out.

  • @weaponeer

  • @sorichar

My Apologies...had to run out why this was loading....I have them in the Description Now...

Hope it helps if you are looking for a good quality case...

  • Very nice case sir. Its great not having to carry extra baggage.

  • @MakingMasterClass

Thank You Sir...and yes it is...I have a set up for "Grab-N-Go" but just going to the range is getting to be a PIA....taking all the cases and gear...needed to "Lighten the Load" abit...

Thanks my friend....Hope you will take a look at them...if you are looking for a good case....I put my "Seal" of a approval on them...For what that is worth.....LOL

    Target On...E1

  • Thats a beautiful case! Bet I could fit a couple rifles in there without all the accessories or eve several pistols. Great vid!

  • @NeverEnuffAmmo

Yoh Bro....for the money...you can't beat it...and it beats spending several hundred $,

they have a full line of these cases....This one I am not sure you could fit two in...but the Larger ones...you can...They have "pistol" Cases as well in this line....

    I posted the links...

Target On my Friend and Bro...thanks for watching...

  • I never understood this type of foam. You say its called pluck foam, does that mean its already cut and you just need to remove what you want to? Or do you have to custom cut it? If you did have to cut it, how did you cut it?

  • @deepwater1974

For the most part, yes it is Pre cut into 1/2" squares...but not fully cut all the way through...Actually the way I do it with type of design...is to take a model knife...and lay what I want to put in and "Trace It" cutting the links in the foam loose for easier removal,

that way you have an "Exact" outline of what you want to put in the case...Hope it helps and you might take a look...links are posted...
