I feel the song is symbolizing someone who will always come to another's rescue, despite how many times he's needed, and how troublesome.

The character Dr. Perry Cox may be a quick comeback genius, but at the same time, he is like a hero who will always solve the problem in the end.

Nice thought, but I think the song would work better for a compilation video of all the moments that Dr. Cox felt vunerable. Example of episodes: My Lunch, My Screw-up, My Fallen Idol, etc. Any moment where he's alone and struggling and any moment where J.D. had to help him deal would work really great.
