Please re-do these older videos with your improved synthetic voice (plus subtitles). Great content and graphics but nobody can tell what it says and it becomes unpleasant to listen to. Such a shame.

common rail injectors are very sensitive to fuel contamination. faced hard starting problems in machines engines. very high pressure fuel leaking from fuel line can cause fatal injuiries.
@NeonGenesisPlatinum That's probably a bit over the top. Basically you need to keep the same attention as when working with a high pressure water washer, like the commercial ones. If you stick your hands in one of those it'll cut you. That's what I always tell my students. Thanks for posting.
@ADPTraining It is not over the top. There have been skin injections with hydraulic oil at much lower pressures. The problem with oil or fuel is the contamination is hard to remove and there are only a couple of hours to get it done before that part of the body would need to be removed to stop infection. It has also been demonstrated that 3000 psi oil will inject through a leather glove into a hand.

common rail diesels are not compatable with modern diesel...add 300 ml of mineral two stroke oil per tank and eliminate most problems
