Thank you Shohreh for your powerful performance in the movie The Stoning of Soraya M. This film has opened my eyes to a terribly cruel injustice to women and men who have suffered stoning. Soraya's story brought me to my knees in tears. My heart was ripped from my chest and I laid next to you in the dirt sobbing while the beautiful, innocent Soraya was stoned while her children suffered...while Soraya suffered. I will share this story and tell others to watch this film to spread the word.
