Laurens sproket is massive and she should get a freecoaster to stop the pedals moving. You are good riders but you have nothing to prove by not using brakes your just making flatland 10 times harder and it is the hardest form of bmx to learn. you only see the professional riders ride brakeless and they practise up to 8 hours a day!! If I see someone riding brakeless I don't think of them as any better for doing it I just see it as adding unnecessary difficulty to an already difficult sport.

911streetrider, I disagree, I think flatland has just as much variation as street or park riding. You don't need big air to have a good time. A lot of the tricks are hard to learn but are very satisfying once you do.

It's great to see more girls getting into flatland, I wish more girls over here (Australia) did when I used to ride back in the late 80's -90's, You all look very smooth in you're riding, keep up the good work! :)
