Not to worry, I use both for different reasons. When I travel, I take one dog out at a time & let them run circles & around a little bit on a flexi for exercise so they can run a little & stretch their legs. In this case, I was also holding the camera, so did have a little less control. I don't generally hold cameras & walk the dogs though. ;-) this particular dog loves to run to the end of his leads just to test his distance, no matter what kind of lead is used.
