'Ladylike' is the key word. We are looking forward to the demise of the worst of the 70s revivals. Excessive casualness is long overdue for its departure. Its nice to see women liberate themselves from bluejeans, sweatpants and other utilitarian insults thrust upon our social and workplace environments. I appreciate seeing these practical new lines incorporating a sense of femininity and self-respect. Women dressed this way convey power and intelligence.

I don't think anyone forced you to wear jeans at gun point. Fashion is a personal thing, if you don't want to be casual, dress in less casual clothing. You don't have to wait until trends change to your own tastes just to dress how you want to.

Glad the 80's are back. I wish they'd stay, but watch next year. We're going to go back to the boring 60's and 70's fashions we've been wearing since the mid-90's. The 80's we're a really fun decade. They truly need their, at least, 10 year revival. I mean, the music is even coming back. Listen to Ladyhawke or Frankmusik. We're in the middle of a recession. Live a little, dress fun. Instead of dressing in the depressing dark colors we've been wearing forever now.
