  • I recognize that cup! Magic Bullet!

  • Hells yeah! :-D

  • Does this really help you gain weight fast? I'm desperate! (plus it looks yum) How often would you recommend drinking it to show results?

  • I had a big one every day after lunch with a whole tin of coconut cream, a handful of ground walnuts and about a tablespoon of flax oil, some peaches and half a banana and I could see the difference within a week. It really helped kickstart my weight gain, I think I gained 4-5 kilos within about two weeks which is a reasonable amount on my frame. I stopped making them when I thought I had gained the amount I was happy with. You could increase the calories by adding more fruit :-)

  • thanks for this mate

  • hey! that's an awsome easy recipe! i really enjoyed it! btw i hope things are working out to stop smoking! take care!

  • Hmmmmm not going so good on that front at the moment :-(

  • Sounds great , bananas are awesome for getting rid of depression aswell as flax seed oil.

  • True, they help you to release seratonin, I had forgotten about that, thanks for the reminder! :-)

  • Didn't know that but just bought some. Maybe it will help me.

  • coconut milk has always been a part of our daily diet back home, even here i always use coconut milk.i am going to try this one, looks good!!p.s. check your "Earthlings" video it is no longer available,TOO SAD!!

  • I have found another source for Earthlings. Thank you soooooooooooooo much for letting me know it was down. The major reason I started this channel was to get people to watch that film, my channel is incomplete if people cannot access it from there. Thank you my love! :-)

  • You're welcome sweety!i found out while organizing videos on my channel.i'm so glad you found another source, now i can upload them on my playlist too!thanks sis and thanks for sharing " a farmers prespective".

    lots of hugs

  • I'm going to try your recipe, sounds nice ;)

  • Hi Jessamine,

I have the same tendency, not eating when stressed. I am getting better, but very slowly. I like lots of small fruits like berries but with whipped cream.

Do you have a vegan alternative for whipped cream? I REALLY like that with berries.

    Signed: DESPERATE...

Keep up the good work, I will try the smoothie. Tried cocoa with it?

  • Hey, yeah I found a recipe for vegan whipped cream the other day and it is based on coconut cream. Just google "whipped cream vegan" and you should find it :-)

You know, I would MUCH prefer to be someone who eats more when stressed, like I used to be when I was a teenager. The not eating thing started happening a few years ago after I was sexually harrassed at work, it freaked me out so much I became a skeleton. Since then my reaction to stress is to stop eating :-(

  • Yeah, I know the feeling. These days, each morning I stand on the scales and look down.

If I like what I see I eat more, I if I don't like it.... The results are of course predictable.

Gonna try the coconut whipped cream tomorrow.

Sorry, should have been able to google that myself but the grey matter upstairs seems to delight in not working with me these last months.

  • Hey I thought someone told me that you can't use the omegas in Flax seed oil??

  • WTF? Your body can convert alpha linoleic acid from vegetable fats to omega 3's as long as there aren't any underlying physiological issues. Apparently hemp oil is the best source, but other good sources are flax seed oil and walnuts.

  • Someone told me that flax seed oil is no good. I'll have to find the message and ask them where they got that from.

  • Even omni websites say flax is good. What have you been using?

  • LOL Did you make that in a MAGIC BULLET?!?!?!

No, seriously, I hope you feel better. Remember also to get out of the house if you're feeling sad. Go see Blacky, or just explore or something! I know that's hard when you don't have a lot of money, because you don't have a lot of places to go where you're not expected to buy something, but its also important not to isolate if you're feeling down.

What a courageous gal you are! I tend to only post videos when I'm looking & feeling up to it! :)

  • It was an imitation magic bullet!!!!!! LOL

Yeah its harder to get out when you have no money, but the worst thing is that I am just one of those people who needs to work. I go batty without it, I need the routine.

I am consciously rejecting my vanity by presenting myself as I am, warts and all :-)

  • The first time I saw a magic bullet infomercial, I called the number to order one, and asked the operator if she thought the blending cups would be big enough to hold an entire blended human hand!

LOL I had enjoyed some, um, recreational substances that particular evening.

  • Ha ha ha how macabre! :-)

  • Sounds yummy. Will try. Maybe with a touch of vanilla.

Good to see you again. :)

  • Oh yeah, vanilla would work so well in this!

  • Yummy, seems very tasty indeed. Thanks for the tip gorgeous. And even if you are a bit sad and on the downside at times, you are still my bestest friend from Australia.

    Huge hugz,

    SHould

  • Bigger hugs back!!!!! Love you xoxo

  • I don't think you look sad here at all, actually. Not sure why you'd say that - you really seem quite playful. You should see me when I look sad <_<.

Coconut milkshakes - I should try that. Sounds interesting.

  • Bigger hugs back!!!!! Love you xoxo

  • Whoops...whilst I do love you Jack the reason my comment doesn't match yours is because I misposted it LOL Clumsy cluts I am XD

  • It's not always sunbeams & puppy dogs.

You did give me an suggestion to give to a friend who is allergic to dairy, but loves cream in her coffee. Coconut milk!!!

Somedays I wonder if there is anything in my skull, but I'm glad your gianormous cranium is here to back me up.

    You rock!

  • Aww thank you sweetie! :-)

Guess what, you can make home made icecream out of your smoothie too. Just put it in a container in the freezer and stir it every couple of hours until it gets hard enough to eat. You could blend berries through it and make it a really fruity icecream. It stays a little ice-crystally but not to an extreme degree. I made it for my parents in law and they loved it! :-)

  • Thnx

Im gonna go make this shake 1st thing

a friend is taking me to a few stores so I have access to a vehicle to bring as many supplies home as I can keep.

    I like coconut powder.

    lol

the video is funny not sad at all.

  • I was feeling really bummed out and I thought you could see it in my eyes. It's a downer, I don't like inflicting it upon people :-(

  • Anyone who feels you are 'inflicting' something on them because you are down should do some self-examination and doesn't deserve to be on your channel. Hope things get better soon and the shake sounds delicious.

  • Thank Writerdamien

    :)

  • Oh this is purely in my head, no one said anything to me. Thanks for the sentiment though sweets. I've gotta get back to your message soon, my inbox is flooded :-)

    Huge hugs xoxox
