use throwing knifes : switch to the weapon lock on and attack from a distance if he pulls out his little sword do it again, get throwing knifes pickpocket thugs (the fat guys) get more max throw knifes complete missions, you cant assassinate by throwing a little knife  they need to be attacked a few times and then you automaticly hidden-blade them
