I think the conversation about pop production fits in well with this song. I don't know one thing Robyn has sung before, but I dig this song pretty well. Royksopp is pretty generic here with this song, though. Think about it: 1 main part for vocals, and only 1 chorus part repeated. The rest is combining instruments. It's not rocket science and it's not that original.

There are a few JB, Manaj,Nsync songs that I find moderately interesting, but the rest of his music is rebranding of various pop songs. People say electronica music is not music because a computer "produced" it. That is why I like electronica. An artist with a computer can produce sound with feeling that isnt even possible to make with a traditional instrument. Sadly, corporate forces us to hear remakes of past songs.

Activision on the other hand has done the opposite and has been reduced to simply publishing sequels and cancelling games they don't believe in instead of developing new IPs.

I Absolutely love finding a good band that isn't popular. Not because I don't think they should be popular but generally those are the bands that remain true to their music. Its rare to find a mainstream band like that.
