Well this is a scam if I ever saw one. This is a 15 yr. old roof, first glace it should have to replaced in 5 years. That all you did was paint the roof and maybe get 5 years anyway. If the leak had been repaired correctly in the first place you wouldn't need to coat the roof.. And you are proud of this? Shame on you.

YES, Roof-It is excellent on Mobile Homes and RV's with fiberglass - metal or asphalt shingle surfaces.

Does'nt a roof have to breathe? If I had an inground pool,hopefully I could afford new shingles.

yes a sprayer can be used.shingles are designed to breath-that is done by your air vents.Roofs with metal or concrete finish also use air vents.There is NO moisture generated from within the the house to be trapped in the roof to cause rot.It has been tested in hurricane conditions-not only lasted the torture but kept the house DRY!!

Can a roller or sprayer be used to apply this instead of a brush? Seems very labor intensive to use a brush to cover a whole roof. Also, aren't shingles designed to allow "breathing" of the roof? Would this sealant cause moisture generated from within the the house to be trapped in the roof, potentially causing rotting under the sealant? Just curious, because this product seems interesting, and I want to know of any potential drawbacks before using it.

Easy to apply and clean . Dries fast in warmer temperatures 5- 20 minutes. Job looks great !

You can use a paint roller or spray gun with a Tip.25 spray gun . the attic air/moisture gets circulated in and out of a house attic thru the Roof Air vents. Look at roofs with metal,clay,cement,tar etc--no breathing there.Roof-It is water based. No drawbacks from any customers Prolonging life of roofs and sealing leaks..
