actually, qcb 3 is the incorrect way to do it. you have to do it when your thumb reaches up to downback, because like the title says, it's a sway cancel combo. the quartercircleback movement is the sway, and to sway cancel, you need to interrupt it(in this case, with the X button)

how the heck do you follow up a "3, 3, 2" in an air combo with a "->, ->, 2"? There is not enough recovery time to do that.

You can buffer the F,F, So soon as recovery time happens, You've already input the directionals, and are able to do the 2, Which cuts off 2-3 Frames, so in total your Mach Punch would be 15 frames i do believe, At least this is the case when Guarded Taunt -> Mach breaker was done in Tekken 4

You do the sway cancel knee by doing qcb+left kick, its similar to the electric wind godfist in that you have to hit hit back+left kick at the exact same time.
