I deal with the sound lag by opening two tabs with this video, muting one, and playing both of them not-quite-at-the-same-time to counter the audio lag.

In this video in particular, if you start playing the muted one about 1.5 seconds before you hit play on the one with audio, it should match up fairly well, might take a few tries tho.
