I don't know... If you look at Tom's ground attack when you're jumping towards him or the timing he has on his air kicks, Tom is probably a tough fight.

Plus, no fireballs used by Tom. Doesn't need them. He was just using basic Fierce and Roundhouse moves while playing great defense.

Go ahead and take him on... I'd put money on Tom!
