This is DJMAX technika, which is the arcade version.

There is a touch screen, thats how you hit the notes.,

It's a dance rythm game. I'm surprised you didn't see the line passing through the circles as the player presses the right input. I think most of the series are on the PSP/Arcades.

no. there are two screens present in the arcade. the lower touch screen and the upper screen for your audience to see your performance
