@shuyi806 for me yes, the only difference is the viewfinder, D 90's view finder is more brighter, but it wont affect the image, D5000 and D90 has the same CMOS sensor :D, plus the D5000 has a cool LCD that can flip xD, and D5000 is much cheaper, so i will go for D5000

Both use the exactly same sensor but D90 is easier to use because it has more dedicated buttons and also the finger dial.
