  • Legend. R.I.P

  • RIP the greatest BB ever....should have beat Arnold at the 1975 Mr. Olympia ..he was by far the better man and best physique ever that day!....shame he passed away this year...a supposed stroke yet controversy still surrounds his death..he was a legend and a great BB...

  • Just read the entire thread on the BB forums on his postings, this video shows so little of what a great man he is.

  • wtf 70 year old pumping weights he looks look a 50 year old

  • rest in peace serge :) ... vuela alto friend

  • It's so sad that he would be dead in two years. I remember him very well during the 70s. He was magnificent.

  • his range of motions comical

  • @kingdaleclarke I can't wait to see your awesome arm training routine. Post it up. I'll wait.

  • @kingdaleclarke That's how he trained and became 1 of the worlds best. It's about keeping the tension in the muscle the whole time.

  • @kingdaleclarke I bet you find his 20" arms at 70 years old comical too..

  • @lolo932 no, i give credit to the fact his arms were fairly big for his age but im still not impressed by his range of motion and his build as a while he looks soft in certein areas, small in height and i dont know but he hasnt got that thing that makes a champion to me thats what it seems.

  • @kingdaleclarke So you know many 70yr olds with bigger than 20 inch arms muscular? And is he always supposed to be in contest condition year around so he doesn't look soft for you, sorry if he wasn't tall enough for you, perhaps he should have gotten on a rack and stretched his skeleton out for your approval. I wanna see you look better at any age than he looked when he died, you fucking ass clown.

  • @saiyaman102000 You just made yourself look ignorant and judgmental you dont know me im a huge fan of serge nubret huge fan his body in his prime was incredible hard work pays off but the thing is here he isnt nothing i was just saying the truth i mean what you would want to look like he does here? .anyone with any sense would agree with me his range of motion is poor and thats probaly why his body was lacking at this point in his life, r.i.p to him though but he should of quit.

  • i swear black people never look their age, jheeze haha

  • R.I.P

  • nice his kids poisoned him

  • Did his kids really poison him?

  • RIP Serge Nubret

  • Gimme 70 years like this, and you can have your extra 20 with a walker.

  • too bad he died 2 years later

    steroids are gay

  • @RealspitHiphop604

Getting a stroke at 72 is not unheard of, in fact it's pretty common. Don't blame the roids man.

  • @wetjigsaw still probably would have lived a longer life, don't get me wrong i'm a big fan of serge prob one of the best physiques ever.

  • @wetjigsaw Well but getting a stroke is very typical for steroid overuse...anyways i think he lived nice 72 years so who cares

  • @Schnitzelfreaks prove it...show me 1 legit case with a backup report...not hearsay...a real report...i'll wait

  • One of the greatest bodybuilders of all time. its a shame he died so young.

  • RIP

  • 70? Awesome unbelievable! ;-)

  • I am grateful that I got the opportunity to speak with Serge Nubret and learn so much from him. He was set and focused on releasing his book "70 Years Young", plus he was training hard to make a comeback. Its sad that he just slipped into a coma and never made it through it. I just hope his children release his book, that's what he would have wanted.

  • R:I:P

  • Does anyone know Serge's stats at age 70? How big were his arms in inches, how tall was he, how mch did he weigh?

  • @nyt35 I think his arms were measured at 22 in that video.

  • How's his cardiovasular conditioning???

  • He use to do an hour of abbs equaling about 2,000 situp moves. He said that was his cardio.

  • @Bigturns33 I can remember reading, years ago, that he used many sets for high reps. Bench for example, between 210 and 220 lbs for high sets of about 15 to reps if I remember correctly.

  • @daniel213141 yes ur correct, minimum of 12 reps for any exercise

  • @Bigturns33 His Cardio was his whole workout. His ab training when he woke up was the start of his cardio, that warmed him up, then his actual workout was the rest of his cardio. High intensity, high reps, very low rest is what he thrived on.

  • @Bigturns33 That was part of his cardio, his cardio was his whole training routine. He didn't need 2 go for runs or jogs because of the way he trained in the gym. High Intensity, high reps and more importantly low rest between sets

  • IMO one of the best body builders of all time. None of these new body builders have a 1/4 of the heart and determination Serge had RIP

  • Great definition and sculpted to perfection when young, RIP

  • miss you Serge

  • A tragic loss. At 72 Serge was an inspiration to all those who know they can continue to enjoy peak physical fitness well into the prime years of their life... I hope I die looking as good as he did!

  • RIP Serge, we will miss you.

  • Does anyone know the cause of death?

  • @JDilla2812 Wikipedia says natural causes, but I think it was his piece of shit kids.

  • @NJnaturalBB ? bad relationship with his kids?

  • @JDilla2812 Serge was poisoned in i believe 2009, he suspected it was his kids

    this was kinda funny tho...

    what size is ur arm

oh uh um i dunno (but i have measuring tape in my pocket)

  • Maaan what a dedication...70 years old. I remember him from Pumping Iron.

  • This guy look better at 70 then I do at 23 :(

  • @FantasticDiesel lol same here mate! not good is it haha

  • @FantasticDiesel well you can always decide to get into better shape right? :o)

exercise on a regular basis, get enough sleep, eat more good healthy foods.. (healthy fats such as alive oil.., enough protein from beans, nuts and meats..also yogurt... , complex carbs such as brown rice, oatmeal, and quinoa.. , lots of fruits and vegetables..., drink enough water...) and you will transform your body and your life, but you have to do what it takes.. what you eat today you will wear tomorrow ! :O

  • @thelifeuwant Actually I train hard & correct , eat healthy ,sleep 9 hours per night ,sometimes take supplements, been training for over 3 years now ...And i still haven't achieved my goals..that sucks and i find it hard too keep myself motivated...

  • @FantasticDiesel sometimes its hard huh? ..well I'm sure you will reach your goals one day! little by little as long as you are making progress.. maybe you dont have the genetics to be the next Arnold. try not to compare so much. remember you cant be someone else; but you can be the best YOU that you can be. and you can achieve what you really want.. remember also its not always about looks. lots of BB are all show but no go.. remmemer the blessings in your life.. like health and other things =)

  • u gotta be kidin me???

    what does he eat??

  • he is the positive side of bodybuilding lifestyle. Long Strong Healthy Life

  • @LVSWTZ Positive side of the NATURAL bodybuilding life style

  • @TheBuffstang I thought I said that? lol.

  • @LVSWTZ

He's implying that Serge was "natural" which he wasn''t but who cares who used what Serge looks awesome! If i look like that at 45 i'll be happy lol

  • @TheBuffstang

Serge wasn't natural but the guys back then didn't abuse or have the variety of steroids like todays guys do. Lou looks great at 59 also.

  • Serge still the man

  • 3 words....In fuckin spiring

  • HAAHAHAH he had by accident a measure tape with him HAHAHAHAHAH that was FUCKING hilarious...

  • Comment removed

  • @ozwaldp u eat shit ? if in 2011 he will make 73 years old in 2008 he had 70 years old

  • Comment removed

  • @ozwaldp people can see that.. dont need assholes like u telling he is not 70.. and LOL your math sucks im not 22

  • @fdxkistocrlho That’s what you stated on your page, Lying Pussy. But then what is there about you anyone could believe? All your comments on Youtube are about tearing down people who say anything on bodybuilding videos because you see need to build up your puny dick, scrawny body and bullied mindset. Get a life; don’t waste my time, Porto Asshole. Go sell slaves like your antecessors did instead of secretly desiring them inside your butt.

  • 70 years old are you effin serious? This guy looks OUT STANDING!!!

  • and they say roids cause problems in the future, look at arnie, serge and franco today they look great, do steroids kill??.. yeah.. course they do(!)

  • @clikclik1 but one thing though. Remember that this guy probably didnt use much of it at all. And I am serious. he used to train with home made weights in his native lands, made out of stone and wood. This guy was in freaking great shape back then too. He has the genetics for this thing without a boubdt. I am not saying he isnt on roids or never used them, but this isnt a guy who used them from the beginning.

  • @clikclik1 You do have to remember that today's bodybuilders use more drugs, stronger drugs and use them for longer periods of time.

  • @clikclik1 the sheer quantity taken by todays athletes far exceeds those of the past. Secondly, so many of the 'golden era' bodybuilders do suffer from an illness of some kind due to the steroid use.

  • @clikclik1 steroids dont kill, steroid abuse kills

  • @clikclik1 and they say cocaine causes problems in the future, look at charlie sheen, tim allen, and robin williams, today they're alive and successful, does cocaine kill??...yeah...course they do(!)

Anecdotal evidence doesn't mean shit, what works for one person doesn't work for another, and suggesting that steroids are ok for everyone because they're ok for a few of your favorite celebrities is pitifully stupid, kid.

  • @clikclik1 Don't know what your problem is, Serge won his titles pre roid era. He's A-Typical golden era bodybuilder. What are you on??

  • @clikclik1 We really don't know what the long term effects are. You can't take one example and apply it to everyone.

  • @clikclik1 are you kidding? arnold is barely living.

  • Gotdayum!....that's inspirational!

That dude is 70...Holy Fuck! I gotta stay in the gym!

  • Yo, he's lacking without the roids. Must have dropped them eh

  • @F430Fill He probably only gets a low dose for general health. Nothing like what you'd use for competitions.

  • Great!! Inspirational.... never give up!

  • He's still massive just not as ripped as in his youth

  • Comment removed

  • It just goes to show, no matter how you feel about body Building and just good regular training, with proper nutrition, this IS the fountain of Youth!!!

  • Watch out Ronnie Coleman

  • holy shit i wish i looked like that at 25!

  • what the fuck? I'm inspired.

  • if i could look like that at 70 i would die a happy man

  • Wow that is incredible, those Arms like that at 70. WOW

  • I would like to look like this at such an old age.

  • juice juice at 70 old that's wow

  • Anyone know why I cant squat 135 properly when I can easily bench 225lbs and deadlift 295lbs?? I always trained my legs and im strong in other leg workout

  • @BigSamFoSho Are you new to squats?

When someone is starting out in an exercise it's not unusal to find out that they can do 2x the same amount a year later, since they get used to the movement.

I kn ow a guy who can bench press 120 lbs at most yet he has much more upper body strength than guys pressing up 200+ lbs.

  • this is proof that steroids taken in the appropriate way will make you live longer stronger and healthier props to you

  • a true LEGEND!

  • Holy shit! THAT'S Serge Nubret at 70?! Fuck me, he looks amazing! (probably shouldn't use "fuck me" when admiring another man's physique, but oh well)

He's always been an inspiration, but not I'm going to be a selfish prick and hope he gets out of the hospital so I can meet him.

  • @kungfuman82 Dont worry, even the most chauvinistic guy could not help but secretly desire a 70 y/o Serge doing the bump and grind. LOL

  • 70 years old with 20" arms and still in incredible shape. Guy is awesome!

  • GurkanOwns knows everything so don't backtalk.

  • Hi randy, whats up cuz

  • MAD PROPS....I WANNA LOOK LIKE THAT WHEN IM 70...DAMN HAHA

  • FUCK for a 70 year old he looks insane!!!

  • Weight training will make you look good when you get old lol

    Should have been Olympian.

  • unbelievable, once your in the game your in it for life!!!respect.....

  • For 70, he has a better body than most people half his age.. Wow.

  • Arnold just kinda quit training, Serge is still going ! Props

  • I thought if you juice at that age you'd have a heart attack and die, damn

  • @freedomsoldier187 he doesn't juice, and according to him he never did, 4kg of horse meat per day.

  • wow

  • he still looks about the same,go Serge!

  • Serge Nubret should be an inspiration to ALL males.

  • I heard he was ill recently. Is he ok now? what happened to him?

  • @richardm80 i would like to know too.. his site is down

  • wow! at 70 he carries a measuring tape in his pant

  • 70 years old thats insane.... look at his arms, his skin isnt wrinkled or saggy at all, and judging by his face you would say he was about 50.... i think this dudes gonna live till he's about 300

  • @AshLiiid Yes, it's amazing how your skin looks tight and almost stretched when you do lots of site injections. Wow.

  • @nova68nova haters god love um

  • @AshLiiid looks younger then some 40 yr olds I know...impressive

  • @AshLiiid Its fucken amazing! he looks younger then cunts half his age that drink down at the pub.

  • @AshLiiid nah he won't extra afterload on his heart from all those extra capillaries

  • @AshLiiid he looks even younger then that

  • @AshLiiid He just died today, RIP to one of the greatest classic physiques to ever grace the sport of Bodybuilding.

  • @AshLiiid Sadly your forecast was wrong. RIP

  • @AshLiiid Your prediction was wrong... Judging by this video, I, too, would have thought he would have lived to be AT LEAST 100 years old, but sadly, his official website says he died yesterday. One of the greatest bodybuilders in history has now passed into the aether. RIP Serge.

  • @AshLiiid I wish you were right. He passed away yesterday

  • @AshLiiid he died 2 days ago. RIP Serge

  • BEAST

  • RESPECT!!!

  • LOL! he had a tape measure in his pocket! now that's CLASSIC!

  • @bigboize He always carried a tape measure with him.
