I had an unusual experience with this song. Back in April, 1995, I had neck surgery and had to stay at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. One of the daily therapy sessions was a group exercise class where they used this track as background music for warm-up and cool-down.  I'll never forget the physical therapist calling "Toes up...and down, heels up...and down" during the "In The Mood" part. Although I found rehab upsetting, I still love this track in spite of the bad experience.

@cartroubleDOTnl This is different to the version I heard as a kid, the British Jive bunny had samples from the original records however this version sounds like all the samples are actually of cover bands.

@leerees Yes, Music Factory had to re-record the songs due to copyright reasons. Even on some of the latter Jive Bunny compilations, they had to re-record their original singles and album tracks as the permissions had expired. (Or at least that's what Mastermix told me when I used to write reviews for their Hit The Decks publication)
