OMG my black ghd from overseas has the exact same codes for the hologram and everything! i payed $100 for mine :( and it broke too, my dad fixed it three times and it worked everytime but then it died again :(

i noticed in ur prev vid that you dont like useing products in your hair, especially a heat protectant cus u dont want it to be oily, have you tried a heat protectant while your hair is wet before you blow dry? my hair is the same i dont use any products after its dry or it looks like it needs a wash all over again

I got two fake ones in a row and both of them had the exact same hologram code as the one in your video, also, mine didn't have tags on the cord. I'm just glad I got my money back

in england all ghds have to serial numbers on the appliance and on the lable on the wire if the website says its a valid code then it is. Don't remove the tag on the wire with the serial code as it invalidates the guarantee

let's see first of all , a real GHD , the pink version, has everything pink( plug , wire, etc), including the plates.... yours are black... it does not exist such a thing as black on the pink GHD

There are many fake variants so their defects vary. Some work for couple of times and some for longer. The risk is, for example, fake ones have cheap fuses and some don't even have circuit breakers on them. This increases risk of fire.
