I went to the Air Force-Army game last year, very fun game. I love how at the end, both teams play each other's fight song, and pay their respects. Classiest guys I've ever seen.
They really are; but classy doesn't stop with the military academies. Last year at Colorado Springs, TCU blew a late lead and Air Force fought back to win it in the last few seconds. The Air Force players ran over to the cadets in the stands to sing the fight song with them, and TCU's coach had his players stand out on the field with them in respect for the Air Force players, immediately after they had just suffered a heart-breaking loss.
