  • The Creepy version of this is the rewrite in AT2

  • do any of you know how to get this kind of writing in Blackberry?

  • Information: This song is originally created by Mir but this song is sung by Misha.

  • @oldmanserna The towers were at war with each other in the beginning, which is how the surface got destroyed. But, Tyria and Shurelia's towers decided to try to restore the planet, and worked together to develop a way to do so. As for the towers, they won't be useless - Betas and the Origins especially need them in order to survive (3rd Gens would normally lose their abilities if they left their tower's server range, but with Sasha's satellites, that point is moot if she creates more).

  • @saphrinka Are you sure? As far my research could tell me, it wasn't so much the Towers were at war with each other, but Teru Tribesmen who broke into Ar Tonelico (the original Tower) and damaged the Grathnode Discs, thus causing what is known as the Grathnode Inferia. That made the surface uninhabitable and created the Blastline.

  • @oldmanserna Yes. Shurelia came first. She was the first reyvateil ever created. Shurelia's real name is Eolia which is also spelled Eoria. Eolia was created first. Frelia second. Tilia third.

  • @oldmanserna Eolia/Eoria (AKA Shurelia) was the first Reyvateil ever created in 3031. Frelia was born in 3032, and Tilia/Tyria in 3033 : artonelico.isisview.org/wiki/index.php/Cross-referenced_Ar_tonelico_timelines (perhaps obviously, tons of spoilers there)

  • amazing beginning

  • @oldmanserna The first were Eolia, Frelia and Tilia. They sung together and then all of them were created (Myu, Rhaplanca, Ryugg, Shelanoir, etc...). You could see it in the song Ar Ciel=Ar Dor ^^" I don't know if ZaMaBa-san have translated it to English but I have watched the already translated video on AbstractGarden-san's video ^^

  • I would like the alphabet of Hymmnos. If any one can get it to me please email me the link. music88moon@yahoo.com. Please I am interested in the alphabet. I have Ar Tonelico 2 and 3 still looking for 1. Love the songs on the game and had to go looking for them. This song in particular keeps me in a good and highspirited mood.

  • 4:00-4:15 I CAN SEE FOREVER. Incredible song.

  • What language is this in?

  • @zoidberg590 Hymmnos, a language that exists only in the Ar Tonelico series.

  • @GarMori thanks

  • Man, my goodness just before iam gonna buy the game, hearing the songs, made me think that this game will make my days. MAN. this is one RPG. a gamer wont get bored with!

  • ok this is pretty sad that ive listened to this like 100 times and i just noticed the grl in the background

  • They should make a remake of this game for the PSP, it would be awesome ^-^. Since I don't have my PS2 anymore :((.

  • Woot for Mir xD

  • sorry how can I please get these sonegs for my Ipod!?!?!?!?!?!

  • This was my very first Hymn I heard in the series, and it's still one of my all time favorites. I love Mir, I'm glad she got the recognition she deserved in the series. Her songs, along with Aurica and Luca's, will always be my favorites.

  • wonderful piece of music

  • You have to have a very twisted mind to call a song like this creepy.

  • @suiryuukishi it is a little creepy in the beginning and on the final battle in ar tonelico 1

  • @suzannemm73 And what exactly has of creepy in the start, if that part is the most calm and tender part of the song?

  • Though this version of Harmonious wasn't sung by Mir, but rather, was sung by Misha to her (and since it was altered by Misha's feelings into an Hymmnos Fusion song, it's not the original Harmonious either).

  • As expected from the legend herself. :P Mir's kick ass, and her hymn is just full of emotion. Truly worthy of the final boss song (Which I must admit, was a tough fight for a low level. Haha.).

  • This songs delivers.

It managed to fully describe Mir's feelings, from her birth, to her slow turn into madness.

  • correct me if im wrong, but doesnt metefallica translate roughly to song/land of hope?

  • Is this song implying that it was Mir who made the hymn Metafalica? oO

  • Not at all. Misha just extracted the word "Metafalica" from the feelings the Hymn Crystal of Harmonious contained, and sang it to Mir.

And since Mir was moved by the "Metafalica Project" that existed back on the First Era, she admired these ideals, and she gave her own meaning to Metafalica: "Song of Hope". However, that doesn't mean at all that she created the Metafalica we saw on At2.

The original meanings of Metafalica are "Song of Creation" and "Utopia".

  • Oh no no no~ If you want to know something cool, then here:

Mir crafted her very first song, EXEC_HARMONIOUS/. because of Metafalica : ) Mir was designed to have no feelings, but she had been reading about "Project Metafalica" [the creation of Metafalica], and she was inspired by the people's will. So she crafted this song, jam-packed with her feelings.

She had nothing to do WITH Metafalica, she as simply inspired by the idea of it, and crafted Harmonious : )

  • Em, ZaMaba..I'm not a gamer but I'm just curious. Do people who play this game here, use Hymnnos language in other places? Where actually the gamers use Hymmnos Language?

    Its very Interesting.

  • Yeah kinda.

I mean, there are some people that get to know how to speak Hymnos properly. Tough prety hard, huh?

I know I'm not ZaMaBa but I hope it's the same anyway.

I've seen people write a blog entry in hymnos, which is kinda scary

  • so where can someone learn it?

  • If you look up A Reyvateil's Melody fanforums, near the bottom there are two forums: Site-related Projects and the Silver Horn. In the first there's a Learn Hymmnos! topic, and in the second there's an Original Hymns topic. Both are useful for learning Hymmnos :)

I'm Wistblade there, so if you want you can ask for tips or something, hahah.

  • Yeah, the people who've learned it generally use it for writing their songs, for code, or just to speak babble with no one to understand them :P

It's very useful for expressing. It also sounds less cheesy than English lines.

And as Yaye said, there are a few who use it in their blogs. *cough*

In a fanforum for Ar tonelico, there's a whole couple of topics dedicated to Hymmnos songs and learning Hymmnos. It's pretty fun :3

  • wow that would be pretty cool. it could be like the second esperanto.

where can one learn proper hymnos anyway??

  • not all people who play this game knows Hymnnos

I saw someone used it on the internet but never in real life

  • oops. I meant sang

  • no.... This IS Mir's song. Misha just snag it to mir to remember why she sang it. because of her love for humanity.

  • Does anyone remember where this song was sung in Ar tonelico. I can't seem to remember when HARMONIUS was used during the game.

  • Final boss battle i think

  • thank you

  • Final boss. Only during the true ending.

  • This is when Jaqil needed to release Luca (Heart Crystal) with the false metfalice (gaia).

  • No, that was Sphilia, and what's more this song was used only in the first game;

This song was used by Misha during the final battle of Phase 3 in order to calm down Mir, in a way. the song is based off of Mir's first song, which originally expressed her love for her parents.

  • Thanks for the translation!

Definitely remember to HQ this one.

  • I love 2:20

  • i love this song

  • wow thanks so much for the lyrics and song it all sounds lovely one of my favorite songs

  • beautiful thank you very much!!

  • I just found the site that you pointed out. I could find it when I translated it.

My translated sentence considers words of Hymmnos.

I think about whether I should remake this movie.

  • @ZaMaBa weak

  • Thank you so much, I have been waiting for something like this for a long time now.
