i weigh 150 kg.i became fat when i became schizophrenic in 94.i was 100 kg then moved up to 174 kg in 2006.i went on a diet and after 1 half yrs i went down to 115 kg.but as you probably know it only takes a little unhapiness/depression to bring the weight up again.i always go to the gym and i stareted yoga.i have a cholesterol level at 234 which i intend to bring to under 200.anyhow you look great.bye

Graham, an interesting story appeared in the New Zealand herald entitled "Power cut death: Mother said - Just give us a chance" It's the story of how a poor samoan family couldn't afford to pay their power bill and subsequently had their power disconnected. As a result, the mother of the family who was reliant on an oxygen machine, died not long after their power had been disconnected. For the full story, you can do a google search on the story title.

Tiger woods? Can you add some essential oils to the chamber for aromatherapy? How about some lemon, or vanilla, or roasted chestnut. I once was feeling ill, so I started the last inch or so of a heavenly roasted chestnut candle and took a nap. A bit later I peeked my eye open and saw 8 inch flames leaping up from the candle holder. I quickly went and smothered the flames with another candle holder. Apparently you're supposed to remove the sticker from the bottom of candles. D'oh!

I use one and I find that washing my face before I put the mask on makes for a better seal, and less likeley to "leak" during the night. Thank you for putting a human face on this. BTW, you don't have to be obese to have sleep apnea. Plus, since I started using it, I can sleep on my back! My life is so much better. Compared to my snoring, the machine's noise is preferrable, hands down.

I didn't understand so much. But is that a thing that makes you not snoring? Because it looks like that, I was sleeping over in another house and the guy he weighted pretty much about 130 kg and he used that, is it that thing?

Snoring is a symptom of sleep apnea. What happens is that suffer stops breathing or because of being too obese the throat fat forms a block to the flow of air and the suffer between each breath fights to get a new breath. The result is poor quality sleep, and the blood oxygen levels can fall dangerously too low.

A friend of mine uses one of these devices. He use to constantly nod of to sleep without warning and had several car accidents. His device works very well for him and is a life saver.

Myself, my Aunts, my Uncles (one of which is a doctor not able to practice in my state because of licensing differences), my Sisters and Father have all seen her pause breathing.
